The experience of Love

JOHN (The Apostle....The Disciple "whom Jesus loved"....Last to die of the Apostles reputably in Ephesus as a very old man)
"Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.No-one has ever seen God, but if we love one another, God lives in us and His love is made complete in us......God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God and God in him.In this way love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgement, because in this world we are like Him.There is no fear in love because perfect love drives out fear...."


JESUS (The Christ or Messiah....Crucified by the Romans in Jerusalem nearly 2000 years ago at the age of about 31....Jerusalem was literally raised to the ground some 40 years later leaving only what is now called the Wailing Wall partly standing)
"My prayer is not for them alone.I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. I have given them the glory that you have given me, that they may be one as we are one. I in them and you in me. May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them EVEN AS YOU HAVE LOVED ME...."
